Who Started Over
My name is Renessa Guerrero. I am a mother of four, a licensed mortgage lender, a real estate broker, and the founder of two communities built entirely around one belief — that every family deserves a clear path to stability, ownership, and generational wealth.
I have rebuilt my life, my finances, and my future from the ground up — and I did it while raising children and serving hundreds of families across three states. My daughter is now a homeowner, a GCU student, and a business owner. That is proof of concept. That is what the work looks like over time.
I did not build the Arizona Intelligence Business Community or Moms in the Market because it was a good business idea. I built them because the gap between where families are and where they could be was too wide and too painful to ignore.
This mastermind is the room I needed when I was starting over. I am building it now so you do not have to figure it out alone.
