My name is Renessa Guerrero. I am a mother of four, a licensed mortgage lender, a real estate broker, and the founder of two communities built entirely around one belief — that every family deserves a clear path to stability, ownership, and generational wealth.

I built them because the gap between where families are and where they could be was too wide and too painful to ignore.
